I am trying to buy my mom a few sweaters for Christmas. I want to pay for it and ship to her address in another state. Online it absolutely will not allow me to fix the addresses. The billing address is wrong so I try to change it and it turns it into the shipping address and vice versa. Can't get a hold of chat (says it's outside business hours) or anyone on the phone. Says their business hours are 7am to 1am EST. Do they mean 1pm? According to my watch they should be open. I'm done, will shop somewhere else.

When we called Dannielle at the Tuscola Chico's store to inquire about a return, Dannielle could not have been more cordial or more helpful We were retuning jeggings that were unworn and wrong size. When we got to the Tuscola store, Sarah was so friendly and efficient with doing our return, Both of these women made me feel so good about the return, I love this Chico's store and know why I like to shop there exclusively. I don't mind paying a good price but when I get the same item on aliexpress.com for $4.67 I am furious. Quality-fabric so thin you could see my birthmark!
Also shipping invoice states my price (which I paid)(a sale price) 17.99 then discounted price 4.37! Gee wonder where that came from
And yes I know that most clothes are made in China! But why the deceit?
Can't shop online to get what you pay for. Lol
